At Polished Dental Temps, we stand behind our services and want you to be satisfied. We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis. We do apply adjustments when accompanied by the original invoice. All sales are final after 30 days and cannot be refunded or credited.

All sales are final. All merchandise, and temporary assignments are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUND POLICY

Returns Without A Receipt:
 
A merchandise credit or merchandise exchange will be issued based on the lowest selling price for returns without the original receipt.
Check Policy:
 We will accept checks only by the person(s) or organization(s) whose name(s) is/are imprinted on it. The check must be written for the amount of the purchase. Returned Checks unpaid by your financial institution will result in a $25 fee being placed on your account. Once a check has been returned, we will no longer accept checks from the individual or organization.
Refund:
 Refunds are processed to the purchasing credit card used in the original purchase.

Adjustment Policy with an Original Sales Receipt for a Permanent Hire

Polished Dental Temps will attempt to replace a candidate at no additional fee if employment terminates within 30 days from the date of purchase. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement within 45 days from the departure of the employment we may issue a partial refund in the original form of payment. The refund will be prorated according to the length of time that the referred candidate was employed. No refund or credit will be issued for returns with an original sales receipt more than 30 days after the purchase or agreement date.
